Mountain Grout is ideal for sealing leaking joints, rings and boots in manholes and drains. The material is pumped into the crack or void, meets water and expands forming a watertight flexible seal that is permanent. The photo at left is of a brick catch basin. Brick structures may be sealed by pumping the polyurethane materials to the outside of the structure. The Mountain Grout meets water, expands and seals the structure from the outside. Typically these structures have leaked for a long period of time, creating voids between soil and wall. The expanding urethane fills the voids and effectively waterproofs the structure. Permanently!
