Mountain Grout Flex Classic is a multi-purpose injection resin used to seal leaking cracks, voids or fractures in concrete structures. The single component system utilizes an accelerator to “adjust” the reaction profile as needed for job site conditions. The system is normally accelerated to achieve a 15-second cream time by mixing one pint of Mountain Grout Accelerator to 5-gallons of Flex Classic. Faster reaction times may be achieved by use of additional Accelerator. Flex Classic is a hybrid blend of MDI and TDI prepolymers. Mix thoroughly before use.
